Please contact us between 48 hours and 2 months before play.
The deadline for bookings is 11am two days before play if you are playing between Tuesday and Sunday; for Monday play, the deadline is 11am on Friday.

Booking process
1. Contact us
Email your request or enquiry to bookings@j-uk-golf.co.uk with as much of the following information as possible:
1) Your name
2) Date of play
3) Golf course (first choice and second choice)
4) Preferred starting time
5) Number of players
6) Plan A or B (A – golf only; B – transportation included)
7) Do you require a buggy (additional charges apply)? Note: if you do not need a buggy, we provide a trolley free of charge
8) Plan B only – please provide the name and address of your hotel or other pickup point
2. Confirmation of availability/ price
We will confirm availability/ price or offer an alternative if there is no availability. Please note that if you email us on Saturday or Sunday, we will reply on Monday.
3. Provisional booking
As soon as we receive your approval to proceed, we will make a provisional booking and send you a payment link. In most cases, we will hold the provisional booking for 48 hours.
4. Payment

5. Confirmation of booking
As soon as we receive payment, we will confirm the booking and send you payment confirmation, receipt and schedule
6. On the day
Arrive at the course ideally between 30 minutes and one hour before your tee time; we will be waiting for you with the equipment and will take you to the first tee when you are ready to start
Payment process
You can choose between online payment, telephone payment and bank transfer
① Pay online (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)
Simple, secure and fast. We send you a payment link by email. Click the link to go to the Worldpay secure payment site, doublecheck the amount and then enter your details. The page will automatically display in your own language.
② Pay by bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we will send you our account details.

The above cancellation policy is for half-day and one-day golf tours to all golf courses except The Berkshire, Sunningdale and St. George’s Hill. For The Berkshire, Sunningdale and St. George’s Hill cancellation policies, please refer to Terms & Conditions section 3. (a) (b) or the individual golf course page.
